Sharyn’s mission and passion for her practices stem from her belief that, ‘The more people in the world who understand themselves, the greater the potential for humanity as a whole. Understanding our potential expands our knowing of who we are, so we can be the best version of ourselves, having the most expansive experience life has to offer.'

‘I began my practice in 2014, although Astrology and Breathwork are recent additions in the last 4 years. I was led to this career path through the beautiful alchemy of a successful but unfulfilling career, and a dark night of the soul (that I didn’t consider dark enough to qualify as such!)

I offer Astrology, Soul Plans and Breathwork because I’m fascinated by the blueprints we were each given to help us navigate life, not as a crutch or as a limiting container but as an invitation to explore our full potential.’
